Hummingbird (Trochili)
Among the approximately 400 types of hummingbirds worldwide, we also find the smallest bird in the world which reaches merely the size of a bumble-bee.

Hummingbirds feed almost exclusively on nectar. To suck the nectar from the flower with their long tongue, they virtually hover in the air with almost 50 wing beats per second.

Since they are continually in motion, they require a large amount of food. Thus they are constantly in search of food, buzzing from flower to flower just like a bumble-bee.
